Spring Menu

Spring is a joyful time on the Vineyard. The first signs of Spring are snowdrops and crocus, followed by daffodils, wisteria and lilacs. The birds are lively and the pinkletinks can be deafening on a full moon. Spring is an easy time to celebrate and traditions of Easter, Passover, May Day, Kentucky Derby Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Graduations are charming customs to behold.

Allen Farm Lamb, Fresh Mint, Peas, Violets, and Asparagus are sure to be included in a Spring meal!
