Oysters with Spinach and Spices

1/4 cup butter
½ onion minced
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
15 ounces fresh chopped spinach
24 oysters freshly shucked and on the half shell

Sauté onion with butter until soft and add spices. Cook for 3 more minutes, Add spinach until just wilted and mix well. Place a teaspoon on each shucked oysters on the half shell and roast in 375° oven for 4 minutes.
