Fresh Cranberry-Orange Relish

Makes 3 cups – 12 Servings
1 ORGANIC orange, unpeeled, cut into small chunks
1 bag (12 oz.) organic or local cranberries
3/4 c. granulated sugar
Process all ingredients in food processor using on/off turns/pulse until finely chopped.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to a week.
