I can’t remember a time I did not know how to cook! I remember “cooking” peanut butter banana sandwiches with raisins in the oven when I was 3 years old. I discovered farmers over 25 years ago and learned to cook from them seasonally. For me, cooking has always been about local eating. I care about food and farm to table issues. I am involved in our local Slow Food convivium.
