Thank you so so much for a wonderful evening last Thursday. It was great to meet you and Rich and especially to hear your discussions about local food and how everyone "got" to live on the Vineyard.
The zucchini blossoms were all the buzz for the next three days! How many did YOU eat and so on? Delicious! And the Berber corn salad ....... Yum! Jan is there any chance of you sharing your plum torte recipe with me? I would love to make it for my Rosh Hashanah desert next weekend. Next year I'm definitely doing all your classes and the Local dinner. All the best for the next couple of seasons until we meet again.

I had to leave last night before having the opportunity to thank you and Jaqueline for an amazing evening last night. It was not only fascinating but delicious! I really enjoyed it and would sign up for another tasting in a heartbeat. Again, thank you. Incidentally, I think we should coin another derivative of Terroir. In addition to your Mer-roir (of the sea) deriviation, we should have a MAR-roir (of Martha's Vineyard) deriviation. As in last night was truly a MARroir experience!
