Breath Work and Nutritional Cooking with Just Harvested Vineyard Lunch

Not only will we guide you through this healing breath work, but you will be nourished with the freshest picked foods harvested from the local farms and surrounding waters. A cooking class with Jan Buhrman on nutrient dense foods and their healing powers will conclude with lunch.

Come learn the ancient form of pranayama breath work.  Whatever the block in your life is, Alison Klaus is here to help you heal it. This breath work practice will help shine light on any ailment, give you direction, help to ground you or simply help you to feel better in life.The breath work that Alison uses is an ancient form of pranayama yoga. Pranayama is defined as the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force.

Alison uses the breath work to guide her clients to their true nature; to a place of serenity and peace. Alison helps her clients to open their hearts so that they can love themselves. She believes that self-love is the key to healing. She uses the breath work to bring awareness to her clients about their true nature and guide them to a place where they can love themselves.
